Dominic Dale is the owner and operator of Adverse Machine and Fabrication; he took over full-time operations in October 2020. In less than a year, Dominic quickly developed strong relationships with fifteen repeat customers.

Dominic began his career and training at Osteobiologics, Inc. He honed his machining tool making skills at Precision Molding & Tool. Dominic then developed his management and business skills as the Manager and full-time Machinist at Prototype & Development Specialist.

Dominic is an expert in Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machining. He works with clients to finalize their design requirements and then turn those complex designs into efficient program and machining for a high-quality product delivered on-time and on budget.

At Adverse Machine and Fabrication, Dominic is building a company based on the core values of integrity, responsiveness and quality. He manages all aspects of the custom machined project either internally or via out-sourcing. He is responsible for all general and administrative functions of the business.
